Prototype
Tender steam locomotive "Black Ice", modelled on the stage set of the AC/DC Black Ice World Tour 2008 - 2010.
Model
The locomotive has a digital decoder and extensive light and sound functions. It also has a regulated high-performance drive with a flywheel in the boiler. Three axles powered. Traction tyres. The locomotive and tender are largely constructed of metal. A smoke unit fitted as standard, with speed-dependent, dynamic smoke output, can be controlled digitally. The front headlight in the centre of the smoke box door on the locomotive and one lamp on the rear of the tender will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The front headlight can be switched over to red. The devil's horns typical of AC/DC are lit and can be switched on digitally. Cab lighting and firebox flickering can be controlled digitally. The lighting for the tender gangway can be controlled digitally. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. Adjustable close coupler with a guide mechanism between the locomotive and tender. There is a close coupler with a guide mechanism and an NEM pocket on the tender. Buffer height on the locomotive and tender to NEM standards. Brake hoses, imitation screw couplings and closed cylinder covers are included. Length over the buffers approximately 24.5 cm.
