Shipping and pickup
We deliver in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Every order can also be picked up free of charge at the Rolle shop — you get an e-mail as soon as it is ready.
Shipping
- Swiss Post — tracked, parcel number sent on dispatch.
- In-stock articles: shipped within 2–4 working days.
- Pre-orders: shipped on receipt of the goods from the manufacturer.
- Degressive shipping costs: CHF 9.90 — CHF 6.90 from CHF 150.— order value — free from CHF 400.—. Express: CHF 18.90. The fuller the parcel, the lighter the postage.
- Parcels travel at our risk until handed over to you.
Returns
Returns within 10 days by prior agreement — unopened, in original packaging — credited as store credit. Write to us: modelisme@swiss-hobby.ch.
