When does my order ship?
In-stock articles within 2–4 working days, with tracking number. Pre-orders on receipt from the manufacturer.
Does store pickup cost anything?
No — pickup in Rolle is free. You get an e-mail as soon as the order is ready.
How does a pre-order work?
It is binding from our confirmation; above CHF 500.— a 30 % deposit may be requested. Manufacturers' dates remain indicative. Details on the Pre-orders page.
Can I return an article?
Within 10 days by prior agreement, unopened and in original packaging, against store credit. Pre-orders, special orders and spare parts are excluded.
What warranty applies to new articles?
Two years (art. 210 CO). In case of defect: repair or replacement first, with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Do you buy collections?
Yes — we take over locomotives and collections. Write to us with a few photos: modelisme@swiss-hobby.ch.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes, to order. Send us the article number and the part you need.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. Prices include 8.1 % Swiss VAT.
