Pre-orders — novelties before anyone else
Every year Märklin, Trix and LGB announce their novelties in the catalogue; the finest models sell out before they exist. A pre-order secures yours from the first Swiss delivery.
How it works
- 1. The announcement — the article can be reserved as soon as the manufacturer's catalogue appears.
- 2. The reservation — your pre-order is binding; above CHF 500.— a 30 % deposit may be requested.
- 3. The patience — manufacturers' dates are indicative — delays come from the manufacturer, and we keep you informed.
- 4. The arrival — on receipt, pickup at the shop or shipping, as you prefer.
Our commitments
If the manufacturer cancels production, the pre-order is cancelled and the deposit fully refunded. If the price rises by more than 5 %, you may withdraw at no cost. Details in section 4 of the terms.
