As a multi-protocol controller with its high-resolution, modern colour touchscreen, its two throttles, and its integrated central track diagram control panel, the Central Station 3 plus offers the possibility of controlling the locomotives and the entire layout simply and conveniently. The Central Station 3 plus is to be used only in conjunction with MÄRKLIN switched-mode power supplies. It is not compatible with MÄRKLIN transformers. A switched-mode power supply is not included in the contents supplied.

Model

As a multi-protocol controller with its high-resolution, modern colour touchscreen, its 2 throttles, and its integrated central track diagram control panel, the Central Station 3 plus offers the possibility of controlling the locomotives and the entire layout simply and conveniently. Up to 32 functions can be controlled on locomotives; with accessory items up to 320 Motorola or 2048 DCC solenoid accessories are possible. The Central Station 3 plus also has 2 built-in locomotive card readers (for storing the locomotive data on a locomotive card or for quickly calling up the locomotive by inserting the locomotive card), an SD card slot for expanding the memory, and an integrated speaker for playing sounds typical of model railways. A powerful Booster is integrated to supply the layout with power for running and switching. The Central Station 3 plus can be used with several units, i.e. with the optional cable (60123) several Central Station 3 plus units (60216), each with a network connection, can be operated together on one layout. Additional driver's desks, other layouts, and keyboards extend the operation of the layout, whereby shared and separate configurations for the layout areas to be controlled can be held in the Central Station 3 plus. The Central Station 3 plus has an integrated s88 connection, 2 built-in USB hosts (for a mouse, keyboard, or USB stick, for example), a USB charging socket, a network connection for communicating with a PC, connections for 2 Mobile Stations, a connection for external speakers, and others for the Märklin bus system. Load capacity at the feeder track: max. 5 A, load capacity at the programming track: max. 1.2 A. Max. outputs: - 5.0 A when using a Märklin 100W switched-mode power supply, exclusively with Gauge 1 and LGB. - 3.0 A when using a Märklin 60W/50W switched-mode power supply with H0 and N gauge. The Central Station 3 plus is to be used only in conjunction with MÄRKLIN switched-mode power supplies. It is not compatible with MÄRKLIN transformers. Please be sure to note that the cable cross-section must be greater than 0.5 mm². A switched-mode power supply is not included in the contents supplied. Dimensions 320 x 195 x 80 mm.
