Prototype
243 357-1 electric locomotive, wheel arrangement Bo'Bo', built starting in 1984, and 2 type Rgs 3910 flat cars of the German State Railroad (DR). Loaded with three 20-foot mail containers. The train looks as it did around 1990.
Model
Locomotive with a die-cast zinc body and frame. Built-in digital decoder and sound generator for operation with mfx and DCC. Motor with a flywheel, 4 axles powered, traction tires. Headlights and marker lights changing over with the direction of travel, warm white LEDs, cab lighting, headlights changing over with the direction of travel, can be controlled digitally. Locomotive and cars with close coupler mechanisms. Flat cars loaded with 20-foot mail containers. With a Mobile Station, connector box, 230 volt/30 VA switched mode power pack, oval of track with curved track on radius 2. Space required: 90 x 47 cm / 35-7/16" x 18-1/2". Total length over the buffers 352 mm.
