Trix & Minitrix — Nuremberg's two-rail school
Born in Nuremberg, Trix launched the Trix Express in 1935 — and took the two-rail DC side for good. In 1964, Minitrix opened N scale (1:160) to generations of modellers dreaming big in small flats.
What makes a Trix
- Two-rail DC — discreet track, compatible with Roco, Fleischmann, Piko and the DCC standard.
- Minitrix — the N-scale reference: fine engraving, dependable mechanics.
- Trix H0 — the same fine tooling as Märklin, in two-rail form.
- DCC/mfx digital — both worlds, depending on your controller.
