Prototype
Class 648.2 (LINT 41) local service diesel railcar of Lokalbanen a/s (Lokaltog). Version with low-level entrances. Used in the Gilleleje area, Denmark. With the destination display "94OR Gilleleje". Railcar running numbers 648 113-2 and 648 213-0. The railcar looks as it did in 2021.
Model
The railcar has a digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Regulated high-performance drive with a flywheel located in the Jacobs bogie. 2 axles powered. Traction tyres. The triple headlights and two red tail lamps change over with the direction of travel, will work in conventional operation, and can be controlled digitally. The headlight at Railcar Ends 2 and 1 can each be turned off separately digitally. Interior lighting fitted as standard. The headlights and the interior lighting use maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs. The destination display is prototypical, with yellow LEDs. The headlights, the destination display, and the interior lighting will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Detailed version of the running gear and the body. Clear view through the railcar. Enclosed diaphragm and a guide mechanism at the Jacobs bogie between the two halves of the vehicle. Representation of the centre buffer couplers at the ends. Overall length approximately 48.1 cm.
