Prototype
Class RCe 2/4 electric express railcar "Roter Pfeil", 3rd class, maintained as a heritage vehicle for special runs by the Oensingen-Balsthal-Bahn AG (OeBB). Refurbished, the railcar externally reproduces its condition in the middle of the 1950s in the purple red basic paint scheme of the SBB. Railcar running number 607. The railcar looks as it did in 2023.
Model
The railcar has a digital decoder and extensive light and sound functions. Regulated high-performance drive. Special motor with a flywheel and a cardan shaft to the drive bogie. 2 axles powered. Traction tyres. Swiss lighting changeover, triple headlights and 1 white tail lamp will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. They can also be changed over to a red tail lamp. Interior lighting fitted as standard. Maintenance-free warm white and red LEDs are used for the headlights and the interior lighting. Various ambient sounds can also be triggered by means of the function buttons. Length over the buffers 25.7 cm.

In good time for the 125th anniversary of the opening of the Oensingen-Balsthal-Bahn, the RCe 2/4 607 "Roter Pfeil" express railcar was restored to operating condition and can now be hired again for special runs.
