Product information "Märklin Right Hand Wide Radius Turnout Length 236.1 mm / 9-5/16""

Prototype

The Märklin point combines robustness, electrically reliable connections and a prototypical appearance. The C track system can be expanded as desired and can even be combined with old track systems using special transition tracks. The ideal track system for newcomers and professionals.

Model

Märklin slim right point with a length of 236.1 mm. Branch track radius 1114.6 mm. Point curve 12.1°. Common crossing 10° made of metal. Two 24071 tracks are required at the end of the point; a matching ballast base piece is included. With a manual control lever. The 74491 electric point motor, the 74470/74471 point lanterns and the 74462 digital decoder can be retrofitted. The click connection with the "Click". Set up and taken down in no time at all. Sturdy and durable. The Märklin H0 system: The Märklin track systems can be combined with each other at any time thanks to transition tracks. The reliably functioning centre conductor operation and the common return on both rails are always preserved, thus allowing great track routings without complicated wiring (for example, for reversing loops and track triangles). Perfect connection: The mechanical and electrical connection between two C tracks is not visible from the outside. The track thereby looks as if it were made from a single piece, just as on the prototype. Special fishplates are not necessary. Invisible strength: Thanks to this sturdy click connection on the underside of the track, the geometry of the track can be maintained precisely without having to screw the tracks down. They can thus be set up at any time and quickly taken down again. Anywhere! Versatile space: The ballast base (underside of the track) offers plenty of room for installing electric point motors or decoders, for laying cables and much more. All of this is completely invisible from the outside. To plan your model railway, use our planning software Gleisplanung, item no. 60521
