Prototype
Class 98.3 "Glaskasten" (formerly the Bavarian PtL 2/2) with a jackshaft and triple headlights, and three branch line coaches of Bavarian design of the German Federal Railway (DB). One luggage and mail van and two 2nd class coaches. In the operating condition of Era III around 1957.
Model
The locomotive has an mfx+ digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Miniature motor in the boiler. 2 axles powered. Traction tyres. Triple headlights that change over with the direction of travel will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. With a buffer capacitor. Separable, current-conducting coupler that can be controlled digitally. Inner boiler made of metal. Body made of metal-filled plastic for improved pulling power. Numerous applied handrails and grab rails. Delicate reproduction of the boiler fittings and other details. Length over the buffers approximately 8.0 cm. Both coaches and the mail van have LED interior lighting fitted as standard with a buffer capacitor and separable, current-conducting couplers. The coaches are supplied with power from the locomotive. Total length over the buffers approximately 50 cm.
